Hello there!
My first art blog post. Here it goes...
As I was working on this leaf watercolor, I was really favoring the brushstrokes I made on my lines. It is why I kept the lines extended at the peaks of the leaf. I also took the opportunity to work with more of the watercolor brushes I had in my repertoire. I'm still pretty unsure of what to do with backgrounds as of yet but I think the next thing I work on I'll add some shadows to the bottom of the image. I will see where my whims take me!
